So, I can finally start my work again. It's been a long time, and I truly missed the contact with you.
During the pandemic period, I had to take the hard decision to close my cooking school. I wasn't even thinking I would come back, but I already have confirmed reservations, which makes me so happy. My offer for this current year will be different, as I will not be able to remake my school now, but I know I can create the magic wherever I am. I appreciate your understanding! Cooking Classes & Experiences
Cooking Classes at your venue with Market Tour
We’ll start the day shopping at one of the bountiful local markets. It will be the moment to show you how to choose the best ingredients and decide what to cook depending on what we find best. After the market, it’s time to head back home and initiate cooking our three-course menu. I will share my secrets with you, that’s a promise! And after cooking what’s better than a Provençal aperitif? Maybe with an Italian flair. Then we’ll be ready to enjoy the fruits of our labour, also called: the long, lazy French meal. Can’t wait for that.
WHEN: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
TIME: 10am - 4pm
Price: 175 euro each, with a minimum of 4 people. For couples please send me an inquire
For children from 4 to 12, there’s a 50% discount.
Price includes the food, tools that I eventually have to bring like the aprons, knives etc and the recipes, that I will send you. Wine is not included, but I can provide a choice of good local organic ones at the cost price.
Cooking Classes at your venue
You are renting a house for the holidays, and you dream of having the perfect Provençal meal on that beautiful terrace.
It will be the greatest pleasure to inspire you to bring some of Provence's magic back home.
Learn to prep, chop and cook your food like a local. We'll compose a delicious three-course meal and an aperitif as we do in Provence. After our cooking session, we'll relax with a chilled glass of wine and taste all the delectable dishes you and I have created. I love to call these "Cooking Parties" because it's a lot of fun with family and friends in a more relaxed ambience.

All about Truffles
Do you love Truffles but don’t know how to manage them? Don’t worry, I can reveal to you my secrets in this utterly delicious class. You’ll learn how to use truffles and more, during a three-course meal that we’ll cook together.

This year I’ll be available again as a personal chef, which I’ve done for ten years in the past.
Provençal, Italian and Venetian themes are my palette, and I like to use and combine them all. I don’t have a carte of menus as for me, every client is unique and every season different. My approach is to listen to what you wish so that I can create a truly memorable event for you and your guests or family.
Fee 85 euro x person plus the cost of the ingredients.
