This year I’ll be available again as a personal chef, which I’ve done for ten years in the past.

Provençal, Italian and Venetian themes are my palette, and I like to use and combine them all. I don’t have a carte of menus as for me, every client is unique and every season different. My approach is to listen to what you wish so that I can create a truly memorable event for you and your guests or family. 

I cook everything from scratch, so I arrive well in advance for cooking, and you will see what I bring. The service is family-style, on big plates, and everyone can serve at their desire unless the recipe requires a single portion presentation. 

I can also provide a selection of organic, local wines on demand.

The fee is 85 euro x person plus the cost of the ingredients. Service and cleaning up are included.

I am available for small events up to 40 people, as a gathering for friends with a selection of Venetian finger foods also known as “Cicchetti” arranged with Provençal ingredients. 

A deposit will be required for confirmation. Refundable till 7 days before.
