Summer Gatherings
New edition! I reviewed the two ebooks, corrected errors, made the layout more fluid, and changed some photos. It’s been long labour and I’m happy with it.
For those who purchased the old edition: you’ll receive the new one for free. Thank you to all of you, it means a lot to me and will help me to produce more.
Summer Gatherings… recipes from my life in Provence.
Summer is here and what better way to celebrate than with a delicious feast! I’m glad to release this collection of 25 easy recipes that you can pick and mix to create the perfect summer table for your guests.
All the recipes are light and simple, but surprisingly tasty, with both Venetian and Provençal flair. This is how I’m used to cooking and I hope you’ll enjoy this approach as much as I do.
Importantly, for the Summer edition of the Signature Seasonal Ebooks, I chose almost exclusively dishes that you can prepare ahead of time and consume cold. This is to make sure you and your guests can indulge in all the goodness that Summer brings us, without being weighed down (and, for you, the host, without the hassle of coming and going from the kitchen instead of enjoying the company of your guests!)
Like with a buffet, Summer Gatherings is not organized into courses or menus, but rather into food-type sections: Vegetables, Pasta & Rice, Meat & Fish, Summer Soups and Desserts. There are plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian options and, for those who want to stick with traditional courses, I created 4 suggested menus for you to choose fr
