As I live in Provence and work mainly in the Summer, I have tons of recipes that include Zucchini and Tomato. As I get bored by doing the same thing repeatedly, I am always looking for changes, or they happen by chance.
This is another version, and what's different is the technique. Tested on many clients, it's a win. That's why I am going to share with you, along with another favourite: chicken breasts with lemon and sage. The two make a wonderful, easy meal.
